Linux Mint (17.2 Cinnamon) [Host]; Windows 7 (Guest)

I am running Linux Mint 17.2 with Cinnamon (it's basically a fresh install) and trying to install a Virtual Machine of Windows 7 (Using virtual box 5) but I get this error:

 

The I/O cache encountered an error while updating data in medium "ahci-0-0" (rc=VERR_DEV_IO_ERROR). Make sure there is enough free space on the disk and that the disk is working properly. Operation can be resumed afterwards.

The second sentence says something about disk space but said HDD has about 120+GB free, and I'm trying to use about 40-50 for the VM.
