I don't want any improvements on that build (unless there is something that is so bad I won't be able to run minesweeper)

But at the moment I have a Mac Mini 2012 (yes I know.. Mac UHH)

2.5 GHz Intel Core i5 (Dual core)

8GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 MB (Dont even start me off about this piece of crap)

500GB SATA Disk

How much would you sell this for and should I sell it at all? I could do with the money from selling it to put back into my new build ^

I bought it for £500 (2012)

Now you can buy the 2015 one for £400 so I was thinking for selling this for around £200

Any ideas?

I don't know how many people actually upgrade ram down the line in existing builds, but having 4 ram slots is nice though.

Can always swap out for 8gb dimms and sell the other ram, (ram being cheap anyway)

since its dual channel only anywhere there is not much benefit to 4 slots

Will having a smaller case (if this case is smaller than the Corsair one) make it harder to build?

I want it to be simple and easy as it's my first build

Nope doesn't really make much difference since the board is smaller too

I just thought because of the price difference

Does it matter that you cut down on the motherboard

The board is smaller so it fits in with more space etc

Equally you could just add £50 to your budget and get the 380 in your build  :D its a much better card than the 750ti

 - you said you only play minecraft, but that means if you want to play any other game your are limited to the 750ti, which is pretty meh

Tbh any card is better than Intel HD Graphics. I can cope with playing games at low settings that what I have to do atm.
