USB 3.0 running at 1.47 Mbps

khaled93

Hi guys, first of all i want to say thank you for helping me in my previous problems this forum is awesome :)

now my problem is that i just bought a 128 Ultrafit SanDisk 3.0 flash drive and its running at really slow speed, it starts at 130 Mbps and drops and stays at 1.47 Mbps.

anyone got an idea why this is happening?

note that my drivers and chipset are up to date, as well as the bios.

Thank you

Are you writing to it with a lots of small files and a few big ones?

How'd you test this?

i'm trying to compy a virtual machine file thats 32 gigs, i'm not sure what you mean but i'd say that its all small files?

as for how i tested this, when i start the copying it tells you your transfer speed, i'm copying from an SSD so no way that it could be the problem.
