Mouse/Keyboard issues in BIOS

Just booted up computer and don't have an is installed yet, keyboard and mouse doesn't work.

Ps:Razer Blackwidow Keyboard and Razer Ouroboros Mouse

Use USB 2.0 if that don't work go find a PS2 keyboard and mouse.

My motherboard doesn't even have a PS2 port
