1- You don't need a CPU cooler in a unlocked processor

2- You are spending a lot on your processor, always spend the most of your budget in the GPU in gaming rigs. Get a i3 4170 or i3 4160 and  a r9 280 or r9 285.

3- get a better PSU, check here for the best PSUs ( http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/406160-psu-ranking-and-tiers/ )

He's right. You don't need an aftermarket CPU on a processor that can't be overclocked.

Alos that 960 is one the pricey side, most 960 are usually around 185-175 dollars. Maybe a r9 280x or r9 380?

I'm really impatient so I don't really like shipping, I prefer buy in-store. Sometimes I compare prices to NCIX then take advantage of the frequent sales they have.

No, I haven't set taxes but mail in rebates was already enabled
