Desktop + nacl client?

So, I know you CAN, but is there any benefit to using both clients simultaneously?
Referencing another thread...I have issues with stability utilizing over 4 cores while doing GPU folding (for prolonged periods of time, or after a crash DUE to running for prolonged periods of time.

Would it leech off my resources and slow down my (much higher PPD) desktop client if I do?

(Thinking about running both on my laptop, since it doesn't have a CPU which can operate fast enough to lead to thermal issues)

You can't get "more" out of a particular piece of hardware by running 2 clients at once if that is what you are asking.

They will just be fighting for the same resources and create a mess. Running a cpu slot on the desktop client and

running the chrome client at the same time will not yield any benefits, however. It is possible to run the chrome client

for a lighter workload while folding on your gpu(s) with the desktop client.
