Guys i need help with my new pc

Guysi built my new pc with an i5 and a gtx 960 from asus with a b85 gaming mobo and a 600w psu but when i llug the system in the mobo and the gpu lights light up but the system won't start i tried shorting the mobo pwr but it didn't work any solutions

Have you tried booting from the onboard video?

Test on RAM stick at a time. Also test onboard video connection. Posting the rest of the specs would help.
