7 mbs down with 60 down. Stupid Comcast... and stupid Comcast modem.

 

60Mb/s should get you 7.5MB/s

That is not comcast.

Probably it's the server or the fact I'm on wireless.

 

Mb/s and MB/s are different. 

60Mb/s is equal to 7.5MB/s

I pay for 'Up to 40' and speed tests typically come back around 37.5 down and 10up, Steam caps at 4.5/s.

 

It's good enough for what I want really.

218 kbps because wife is watching a dvd or it would be 100kps or so.

I game on an A10-7850k and have DSL..........so glad I had that 9600 baud modem to teach me patience:)

yeah that is good.  I know people that get less than 2MB/s.

 

i get 1.1 MB/s

6gigs takes 1.5Hr (currently download ARK free weekend thingy)

I get about 14MB/s. It's pretty dank but I had WiFi and suffered for a very long time before making a switch to Ethernet. 

God I love Ethernet, never again am I ever touching WiFi.
