Cannot find mouse drivers

oya, i forgot to mention i already have razer synapse =.=

It looks like that's all you need, try uninstalling it and reinstalling it.  If your mouse is in a USB 3.0 port then move it to a 2.0 port instead.

Hmm, I'm not sure what to do then, sorry.  Hopefully someone with more knowledge about Razer mice will come along soon to help you.

nope. all windows updates are installed. 

EDIT: I lied. apparently my windows updates have been disabled since april... checking for updates now

I say ditch the DA! I'm personally no fan of Razer products, but I'll try not to let that influence my opinion. There may be a short in your cord. If it doesnt recognize it on startup, try unplugging and it replugging it in. Are the LEDs lightning up?

I haven't used my DA since I got my Sensei but I don't believe it lit up if it wasn't recognized. Try to RMA it?

since it worked yesterday, I'm pretty sure its a software problem, not a hardware problem

I tried the mouse on another computer and it works. 

anyone know where the drivers for the mice are stored?
