Kraken Pro Mic Troubles

TheSavageWookie

I have recently received my Razer Kraken Pro. The only problem is that the retractable mic only transmits static and nothing else. Any suggestions on what to do ?

Did you plug it into the correct port?

Yes, the mic is plugged into my front pink mic port on my case.

Try plugging it into the rear I/O on the motherboard, and are your drivers up to date?

Make sure the microphone is selected. And also giving you feedback.(in regards to what Luc401 said)

I've tryed talked to people and using skype call testing service, and now i may have a different view because it works on other computers.

It may be my onboard sound on my mobo. I have a Gigabyte x79-up4
