If you're getting a GPU, then go with an i3, although the 4370 isn't worth it over the 4130/4150 unless it's only a couple dollars more.

Go with an i3 (or an 860k if you need to save money) and get a GPU, dual graphics is terrible.

no the best gpu you can get to run in dual graphics is a r7 250 and a r7 260x will beat the r7 250 and the apu in dual graphics

If you are getting a separate GPU, get the i3. Not getting a separate GPU? A10 7870k. Also if you are getting a low end AMD GPU R9 24/50, get the A10 for crossfire.
