INTEL CORE i7 PROCESSOR lga1150 can i put in on my sabertooth z77?

hi i have just bougth a intel processor and on my sabertooth maula it says LGA 1150 socket and i acsedently bougth a LGA 1155 instead and im woundering, can i put the 1150 on a 1155 socket cuz they look really really simular and i dont want my socket or cpu 2 brake so pc experts plx help!!!!

No. They have to be the same socket, even if they look similar. It won't respond 100% and may break

RIP 4100 swedish crowns 4100 its about 550 dollars, cuz u cant return the item cuz i broke the warenty zeal

The CPU wouldn't even fit in the socket.
