So I made one of my flash drives full of pictures into a bootable windows 10 drive without realizing it completely wipes the drive by doing so. Is there any way possible I can recover all those lost pictures?

Well try to use Pandora data recovery. Make sure you don't do anything else to the drive or else it won't be recoverable.

Nope. I'm pretty sure all your photos are gone unfortunately.

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.

Flash drive? nope, its gone, or corrupted, you can only recover the data that hasn't been touched when you made the Boot USB. the rest will be corrupted.

Nope, it really tells you that  "WARNING, THIS PROCESS WILL DELETE ALL DATA IN THIS DEVICE PERMANTLY"

Not exactly. Space is taking up by a HDD when it simply writes 1's and 0's in certain parts of the platter. When you delete something its still technically there to be overwritten. Deleted stuff doesn't become " Deleted " it simply is overwritten by something else

Flash storage doesn't allow that afaik.

hmm I thought it did. I mean I could recovery certain things not a whole lot but somethings.

Nope, they're gone :/

 

(My parents also made a mistake... actually two... that's how my two youngest sisters came to be xD)
