Cheap Hardline Water Cooling Loop

Just my cpu, im not looking for "cheap" just as low as possible like under $250

 

For that price point it would be hard to achieve something like that for hardline watercooling a kit from EKWB or XSPC could fit within that budget but not much more:

I was thinking about doing a hardline water cooling loop and was not sure what parts to get, I have a few ideas but am not entirely sure. What would you guys recommend i buy? I am looking to spend as little as possible and would appreciate your feedback.

Custom watercooling isn't what you call cheap but in terms of components for hardline you will need tools to bend hardline, silcione bending mandrel, heat gun and bending guides if you want to have very even and consistent bends.

Water cooling is usually NOT cheap.... Especially not custom loops
