B85M-ITX OC Help

Hey all, I am trying to give my i3 4170 (that I just got today :D ) a bit of an OC. I know it has a locked multiplier so I want to increase the BLCK a bit to give a boost. The thing is, I can't find (anywhere) the setting to do so in the BIOS. I have all of the cores at Turbo clock 24/7, and when I go to change the CPU cache ratio or something like that, of course it won't let me over 37 (cuz it be locked). How do I go about doing this? I don't want to OC a lot, just a touch, so don't freak out. Please. Thanks in advance!

Anyone? I can't seem to find anything in the BIOS still.

I think it's a 3rd party program that increases the BLCK.

AsRock's A-Tuning Utility? It doesn't have anything either.
