Can you play local multiplayer on a 3ds on a plane?

Lewwat

So me and my brother recently picked up a 3ds each and next week we are going on holiday with EasyJet. I was wondering if you are allowed to play local multiplayer on games like smash and mario kart in flight or if its strictly forbidden. Thanks!

Should be able to, they can't really tell what you're doing with your 3ds anyway.
Also, it doesn't affect anything on the plane anyways, and it's even allowed on some flights and what not.

I live in the US so no guarantees about how this would work for you, but under the current FAA rules this would be legal and allowed, just maybe not during take off and landing.

I don't see why not. You should be able to. I'd be funny if a person working on that plane thinks teens(?) are blowing up the plane with a 3DS
