Windows 10 BT folder has stopped at 5.51GB - But No message of ready to install?

I have been watching the size of the hidden Windows BT folder download Windows 10.  It has now stopped at 5.51GB (since last night) but there is still no message to install.  Any ideas what is going on?

No idea but you could just download the  ISO from MS website and install it trough a flash drive. Worked great for me.

Doesn't the ISO installation require a key or it upgrades like other methods do?
