Booting from USB (It's a peripheral right?)

Just move this thread if it's in the wrong place becuase I honestly don't know how, so don't tell me to and don't say it's in the wrong place, because again I don't know how to move it.

Anyway I'm having trouble installing OS X via Clover (I know I should go to tonymacx86 but people take half a day to respond), and even before anything happens I get this image on the monitor and I don't know what to do/what I did wrong

I don't have disable secure boot button in bios (TUF BIOS)

Advanced mode> boot> secure boot> I can only change OS type from windows UEFI to other OS
