Can my boy handle streaming on Twitch.tv over OBS ?

Is streaming CPU // Ram based ?

I want to stream some League of Legends, the monitor i am using is  1280 x 720. My internet download speed is 100Mbps and Upload is 5Mbps

CPU: AMD Bulldozer X6 FX-6200 3.8GHz

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-C14

Mobo: 970 pro3 r2.0

RAM: 2x4GB DDR 1333

5mbps is questionable for streaming

Could you run a speedtest quick to confirm?

This is fine for 720p streaming in 60 fps, and my guess is that'll mean that 1080p 30 fps or 24 fps would be a pushover.
