Green screen, when i try to play a video

So, this has been happening A LOT lately, when i watch videos through facebook, youtube ,vessel, I cant see the video i can only hear the sounds. I just see a green screen, why does this happen? I just updated my catalyst driver to 15.6 and the issue is still occuring, HELP! ( I read up on some article and it says this is cause due to a video decoding error on your gpu and you need to rma it is that true?)

Well you can try installing older GPU drivers.

yea i checked and i use chrome so it auto updates

i had this new driver for like a year now and its only recently been happening
