First Rig for my Brother [Mini-ITX] [Suggestions Wanted]

Lavish

Hello everyone, my brother is currently trying to start a youtube channel so I thought I would build him a PC and surprise him with it! I just made this mini-itx build and wanted the community thoughts on places I could cut costs without cutting performance. I really dont need a monitor because he already has a tv he would use it on. This pc is primarily for editing and some light gaming with Gmod, Minecraft, and other smaller games that dont require alot. Thanks for the input!

PSU is overkill..

Look at EVGA's GS series

Edit: The AIO liquid cooler is not required for a locked cpu that can't be OC'd

I went for the Xeon for the rendering of videos. I scrapped the CPU cooler because you can't overclock a 1231 v3 nor a 4460.

I changed the motherboard to the H97 version because you cannot overclock the Xeon.

I changed the GPU to a better one and the PSU to a more reliable one.
