What do you mean by "desktop"?

And I would recommend getting Sager laptops over the Razer although the Aorus x5 is nice: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/387600-sager-np9773/

If you are getting a desktop then I guess that you will game most of the time at your desktop. And so I would lean towards the blade as that probably has a higher battery life and also it is more portable than the auros.
