Good budget cpu

Hello, im looking for a cpu thats not too expensive and im willing to buy used. I can probably get a complete i7 860 system for under $200.-

is this a good deal or should i go for a newer one/new low end?

im gonna use it for gaming and a bit of video editing.

i7 860 is still pretty decent, depending on the GPU.. I would probably get it

well if you video edit the fx 6350 is usefull because of the 6 cores but for gaming go for a cheap i7, high end i3 or between those
