Andriod 5.0.2 not downloading all files.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 Running Andriod 5.0.2. It works fine, but sometimes I will run into a glitch. I bought a $.99 app from the Play Store. This particular app contains 97MBs worth of files. When I Press install it downloads 97MBs and installs. However, when I open the app, it loads for a while and crashes. I go into the storage and it says its only using 8MBs! What is causing this? Please help, I have tried almost everything. Restarting, unninstalling, force closing, can anyone help me? Thank you so much. Please answer ASAP.

Running out of internal storage space maybe?

No that is not the case. I have atleast 2.5GB left ALONE on the Internal storage, I have an SD Card (which I also tried installing it to) that has atleast 8.5GB remaining.

Uninstal->Reboot->reinstall?

 

(I'm by no means an Android expert, I like Windows Phone, doesn't have these issues...)

Tried it :P and it didn't work.
