If referring to Pascal which I assume you are, it will be 2016!

Hopefully anyways. That's the projected release, but shit happens.

I heard that Pascal will have up to 4x the performance of maxwell

About 2-4 times, this is due to a number of factors, the biggest being HBM or high bandwidth memory!
