How does it fare compared to the 25um65-p? The recommended price seems higher though it's the same where I am

I'm looking for a new monitor cause my current one just died an hour ago. I've been oogling at this one for quite a while and I was wondering if it's a decent monitor for CAD and some gaming? I don't have a powerhorse to run it, only my trusty 7870. Should I be looking at other alternatives?
