Best 1080p for picture quality?

Duclos42

I want to get the best 1080p monitor for picture quality. I'm not really talking about accuracy, but just making everything look amazing. I personally like slightly over saturated colors on displays, so that could be a bonus. I just want the best IPS display for picture. I will be gaming on it, but response time isn't a big deal for me, as im not a hardcore gamer or anything. I just want the best possible viewing pleasure

^ Yeah price range.

Because you can get into the thousands of dollars if you aren't careful.

And there aren't many gaming IPS monitors that are 24".

If you can wait for Acer to improve their QA (they admitted there is a QA problem), you can step up to the 27" XB270HU Acer IPS panel, with gsync, and motion blur reduction (ULMB) at 85 and 100hz refresh rate (IPS is not fast enough to strobe at 120hz, so ULMB is disabled at 120hz).  This is only for Nvidia video cards, btw.  If you get a panel without defects or backlight bleed (remember Acer admitted they have a serious QA issue with panels that are not fastened together properly (warped bezels) and dead pixels/dust behind the polarizer).  If you attempt to buy now, you will have to win the panel lottery, or you will be RMA'ing them like no tomorrow.
