My bad, its is for gaming recording and video production. I just need something to get me off the ground because i have a gateway computer with complete crap inside.

I was way off budget look at my edited post above as it os closest and yes the stock cooler is fine for this build

You could game and probably record decently for 1080p on most games with this system however your price won't let me say you will be able to play and record every game with this build
