600w is enough for any r9 280 and 280x.

I would get this PSU instead. It has sleeved cables and single rail power delivery. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA24G28N5255

The one you chose is seasonic, but it's really meh.

as long as the 600W PSU is from a decent brand(Seasonic, Corsair, EVGA) and have 80+Bronze.

i would not recommend a better psu then that to be honnest.

The Wattage is fine, but that Seasonic is realy an old model allready.

Its not low ripple power ready, which makes sense if you use a haswell based system and you want to use sleep mode.
