Lily coming out with personal videographer drone

The company Lily is coming out with a drone that essentially is made to follow you around.

 

Some features:

 

Water proof

Seems pretty rugged

Up to 25 mph flight speed

1080p 60 fps or 720p 60 fps

20 minute flight time

12 mp stills

 

You wear a little remote control on your wrist, and the drone locks onto what looks to be infrared transmitters.  One down side is that there is no "manual mode" however you can set the drone to, lead, follow, fly up, or spiral.  Should be interesting to see how well the consumer version actually works when they make it to market.  You can pre-order now for $499 (US) or buy it when it comes out $999.
