SSD Caching

Hey guys, so I have an extra 64GB SSD laying around. I was wondering if it would be worth it to set it up to cache my 1TB WD Blue. My OS is on a 128GB Crucial MX100, the WD Blue has my games on it. If it is worth it, can someone send me a guide on how to do it? I have a Z97 mobo. Thank you.
