Later on I will upgrade to water cooling on cpu since i can overclock it. Just the gtx970 gives me a minimun of 550w ?!?!??

That motherboard is ok, but I think you can get better for your price.

 

The one you showed does not have SLI capability, it also doesn't have heatspreaders on the motherboard where it should for proper overclocking. (even though it will still work) just better to have the heatspreaders where you need them.

The 970 has a recommended wattage of 550watts, with all the other components installed. If you don't plan on going SLI in the future, 550 watts are plenty as you can see in this video (bare in mind the 970 draws less power than a 770):

Afaik you can't OC with a B85. Also you might need to update the mobo's bios first.

If you are going for PURE gaming though, nothing else... This will actually perform better...

You don't need an i7 for gaming only. So if you want more FPS and like what you see... you wont be disappointed.

 

You can run stock speeds till you get a cooler, or you if you have the money, then go ahead and get the EVO 212 or an AIO kit.
