Budget speaker help!

XxDeadpool67xX

So pretty much as you can tell I'm not an audiophile. I was going to get better speakers until I realized that if I get slightly cheaper speakers I could get the hyperX cloud 1 instead of siberia v2 which from what I've read there MUCH better. So I have listed these speakers. Which would be the best bang for your buck option. I will use them for watching videos and sometimes gaming I rarely listen to music on my computer. If music quality is a concern then pretty much modern pop music is what I listen to. (Not sure if that means I like bass or treble or what) So it came down to these.

  • Logitech Z150
  • Logitech Z213
  • Logitech Z313
  • Creative t3150

Please post which you think would be the best buy. Thank you.  :)

Budget? Location?

I'd stay away from logitec and all computer speakers TBH unless space is a big issue

Bookshelf speakers or monitors (even look second hand) should be the way to go

Unless you can find something better second-hand... I couldn't really give you too many tips in that regard.. far too many products tto follow and changing prices..

I'm sure you could get a decent pair of bookshelf speakers for $50 if you did some research and hunting.. all depends how much you like good audio and getting a bargain. :D

They are customer reviews... not worth the opinion they are based on apart from seeing how many had issues with them. I've had 2 sets of logitec speakers that cost over $100 and they were TERRIBLE.. base was flabby, highs were tinny and mids were indistinguishable.. Just awful.

I can't say for sure about the sony's.. but from 2 sites I read, they seem to be good for the money.. And these places usually listen to multiple hundreds of dollars worth of speakers if not thousands and thats not including amps and transceivers / decoders etc.

My opinion on the logitec or nearly and computer speaker system is that they plain Suck... ok if you have very limited room and don't care about quality.. but if you want the best for your money.. you gatta do some research..

I only looked for about 5 mins and came up with those.

And always try before you buy. What sounds good to one person may not be to your liking.
