Galaxy S4 Not connecting to internet

I rooted my GS4, everything was fine, then I tried to reset to factory settings via settings>accounts>backup and restore, it said shutting down, went into ODIN mode and didn't turn back on, so i flashed the NK1 Kernal, which i have been doing whenever my phone got stuck in odin mode because it was the last kernal i had to flash to make my Root work, and now my phone is connected to wifi and 4g (verizon jfltevzw BTW) but it cant connect to the internet.

I can help with programming and hardware.

how?

download the stock rom and use either ADB or fastboot.

There may be better methods to this, so google it.
