I have a windows 7 computer with a guest account and my user account and I forgot my password because I just restored the laptop and made a password that I easily forgot... how can I change/recover the password?

You can create a live cd/usb that you boot to and fix things up. There are multiple options for what to use and corresponding tutorials for how to do it. System Rescue Cd is one such option. Here's a tutorial for it.
