[HELP] Laptop graphics card performance and bottlenecking hindering performance (?)

WackyTurtle

First of all hello and thank you for reading.

So I have a laptop with these specifications:

- System: http://puu.sh/hi4Xg/690241b73c.png

- Display: http://puu.sh/hi4YN/98f4b06011.png

- Render: http://puu.sh/hi4Zw/2a38815a39.png

I'm really new at this whole what is going to run and what isn't so I have a questions for all you amazing people here. I've seen some videos of people playing watchdogs with my graphics card and running it on medium smoothly while I can barely run it on minimum. This is just 1 example the others are Battlefield 3 and 4, some even said I could be able to run GTA 5 on minimum but now I'm really not sure. I've done some digging on my parts and found out that CPU is really good but the GPU is really bad and is bottlenecking (at least that's what it said).

Is there any way I could make my gaming experience better with what I have? Thank you for all your replies. :)

Watchdogs is barely playable indeed, 27 fps on low, according to this website, http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-820M.108477.0.html

BF4 is playable on low, GTA V might be too. Watch dogs is a really crappy game imo.

GTA V runs on lower listed cards than yours, it will probably will run fine. http://www.notebookcheck.net/Computer-Games-on-Laptop-Graphics-Cards.13849.0.html
