Samsung series 7 gamer tear-down?

Go to solution Solved by Lord_Karango17,

Are there any stickers covering some hidden screws?

no all the screws were out but the problem was that the plastic around the touchpad was held on with some hidden clips... you just had to undo them and the whole top basically came off...

after that i just did a quick repaste for the cpu and gpu and cleaned out any dust piles... its a bit cooler now but i still need to let the thermal paste cure

hey guys,

i was wondering if any of you out there has the samsung series 7 gamer (np700g7c), and has done a tear-down of it...

lately even on stock clocks the temps have reached a max or around 75-80 Celsius and this is nearly 10 Celsius more than when i first had it, so i was wondering since it isnt sealed, if i could do a teardown and possibly replace the thermal paste/ remove the dust...

ive already tried but it isnt very straight forward and the furthest i got was removing the keyboard...

I like the color scheme of Noctua fans. Deal with it. Forget about the bad memories of the past.

Forget about the bad memories of the past, take the good ones along with you through the present, and look forwards to the good things that will come in the future.
