Has anyone tried cauliflower rice?

Sammael

And if so how does it taste?  Does it taste like regular cauliflower in rice format, or does it actually mimic the texture and general taste of rice?

I am impelled not to squeak like a grateful and frightened mouse, but to roar...

You mean...rice pellets made of cauliflower?

...firstly that sounds really nasty to me, secondly rice is already healthy enough :P
