Overclocking issues with pentium g3258

I recently built a machine with an intel pentium g3258, amd r7 250, and msi h81m-e33.  Today I decided to overclock it.  First a went to 3.8Ghz then to 4.2Ghz.  I was stress testing the cpu with aida64 extreme and looked in task manager to see it reporting the max frequency as 4.2, but the system using 5.50.  Is this normal or are there something wrong? Also I am new to overclocking.

To see the frequency while stressing with AIDA64: Tools -> AIDA64 CPUID

Task manager can report wrong readings

Thanks for the help CPUID reports it running at 4.2ghz.

There you go... wrong reading by task manager.

Just like when I've installed W8 and it said my G3220 was running at 5,47 GHz :/

I am using a corsair cx430 and the stock intel cooler what temptures would you think be good?  Also should I overclock the cpu anymore?

For everyday usage the temps are OK if below 70 ºC in this system

Your PSU is more than enough... at stock this system takes around 120 W

Just saying that my R7 250 runs with 1.4V at 1350 MHz and a G3220 with a 8 year old 350 W FSP PSU

Thanks I guess I kinda went overkill with the psu, but I will overclock a slight bit more.
