Between H97 and B85, there's no major differences. The H97 chipset is newer, but doesn't really offer anything particularly better.

The H81 gamer is the better board of the two, but there's not a huge difference.

The H81 Pro Gamer has a lot of fancy features that you will most likely not need. The H81M-A is a budget board, so it isn't exactly anything to brag about. It's not a bad motherboard, though.

The b x5 chipset is business class, so b boards usually will not have a whole lot of fancy features (such as SLI support, OC support etc. The Z XX chipset is a step up from the b chipset, for instance: Many Z97 motherboards support SLI, CROSSFIRE, M.2 drives, overclocking,  and a whole lot of other stuff.
