I suppose that u're going to render a lot, so it's better to use nvidia rather ati, because of lower power consumption.

It doesn't really matter when u just play sometime, but when it's working 24/7 it does make sense.

so does that mean i should buy i5 4690k.

OR keep The i7 4790k with nvidia graphic card which is in the price rnge of r9 270x.

Plz Also Suggest A Good Graphic Card Under 15000inr Or 250 usd

Give us a link to a trusted store. We could help you out.

Anyway, ditch the i7 and stick with the i5. I know you'll be rendering, but that also depends on the GPU, not only on the CPU. Also, as mentioned, nvidia does better at video render than AMD.

i5 would be fine.

As a gpu for less than 250$ I would recommend gtx 760 2gb (try to get msi twin frozr edition, it is very quiet).

Either stay with an i7 or consider a 4-core/8-thread Xenon. You do not necessarily need an overclockable cpu. I would also suggest considering an H97 motherboard. Put the savings into a better gpu that is compatible with the editing and rendering software you use. (Most modern editing/rendering packages will use the gpu to accelerate work, especially rendering.) An ssd would be a very nice addition.
