Is there a standard spacing for motherboard PCI-E (multi gpu) slots?

Probably worded that poorly. I measured between my two GPU's and it was nearly 2 inches. Not sure what sli connector to get, I realize 2 inches is 50mm, but not sure if sli connectors include the fittings as the length.

Wonder if my motherboard manual will just tell me

On my motherboard, in SLI I have a gap for 1 PCI slot.

I know on 4 way motherboards there is no gap at all, it's really tight.

It's hard to say, I think most SLI bridges are made for a 1 slot gap.

Ok I should've researched it more. Bitspower makes really cool "adjustable" connectors, and there's only 2 sizes, so I'm pretty sure I know to get the longer one. Thanks all.
