400 (640 km which is bananas) mile range, new body design to lower coefficient of drag and new tires with lower rolling resistance are the 3 big features Tesla point out. The new battery has cells delivering 31% more charge per cell, giving the new pack around 70 kWh, which is more than the baseline Model S (at 60 kWh) in a smaller battery package which has the potential to increase the Model S' battery size if Tesla decides to use the same cells, but that's mearly speculation which we need to take with a grain of salt. But it's Tesla we're talking about. They're full of electrical wizards who porduce magic.

Elon is love, Elon is life.

@LinusTech have some Tesla news for the WAN show to rightfully drool over.

Ye ole' train

This is cool and all but arent we running out of lithium? (read is somewhere cant remember and could be complete bs please dont hate reply if its false) whats going to happen then? are basically investing in a technology that will have to be replaced much quicker than usual due to lack of resources? what about this whole hydro tech why isnt tesla investing in that? or are they already?
