build planning on a budget

dukeofangus

im on a budget of about 900 dollars and i live in socal so it get pretty hot in the summer.

im going to be using the system for gaming and streaming games on twitch, im gonna have 1 moniter but might get one in the future. im upgrading because my current computer can barley run league of legends.also this is the most important the thing if we could squeeze the gtx 970 into the budget that would be awesome and it needs to be upgradable so i can add a second gpu and a custom loop.i will aslo be needing an operating system and for the case i would prefer and enthoo pro or NZXT source 340
