lag spikes?

Hello, i really need help cuz somewhy im get these fps lag spikes on everything im doing even browsing or watching videos please help me it really such to have it check my dx diag i updated all drivers and everything im running win 10 check my dxdiag for more information  :(

is this issue just occurring with your install of windows 10 or is it a reoccurring problem

i dont remember but i think its reocurring problem and im pretty sure it has something to do with error i keep getting since i got this gpu ''your display driver has stopped working and has been recovered''

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the display drivers?

yes i tried even fully unnistalling and reinstalling drivers and gpu itself
