You should uninstall all killer software on your pc before you disable your network card and test.

The Killer software suite seems to be the problem.

The guy in the youtube video posted, that the newest drivers should fix the problems.

And in the msi forum they say you should only install the drivers (pure?) without the software suite

Okay so i removed the killer nic software, and used the killercleaner that they provide on their website to nuke it entirely (including the driver). 

I then manually installed the driver for my nic, and played some games. Nothing changed. 

So i launched borderlands 2 and disabled the network adapter entirely, disconnecting me from the outside world. 

It seemed to make a difference for about 10 seconds, but then it went back to the way it was. 

I am currently running just the driver with no software.

Re installing windows 7 HP, and checking latencymon again shows normal levels.
Installing AMD CCC 14.4 shows normal results too. 
Installing the killer network driver shoots it up into high levels.

Repeating the same in windows 8.1 yields the same results. 

So now i need to find somewhere that hosts older versions of the driver, because neither MSI nor qualcomm are hosting older versions. 
Anyone know where i can get older versions?

Disable this piece of sht and just get a decent lan card without a driver thats taking up more resources as the game.

Not worth it to get gray hairs and searching the world wide internet for a working driver and probably get a virus.

Well that is a problem because windows needs internet to find my drivers and it wont find my ethernet driver unless i'm not connected to the internet. 

I cannot seem to find my driver disk that came with my motherboard, but i don't have an ODD anyway.

That is true and may be a problem.

Apparently, the e2200 is basically ar8161, so i am going to install those drivers when i get home

Okay. So, very good news. 

Installing the driver for an entirely different NIC sorta fixed it. 

The latency still goes pretty high, but not once while i was playing BF4, watching netflix, playing music, with about 40 chrome tabs open, did the audio drop out. 

I am certainly going to be buying a network card, but i will be attempting to get MSI to pay for it. 

At least this is a temporary "fix".

New development. 
Because it was neither the NIC, nor the sound card, i started looking at other things. 
By sheer luck, BF4 started in windowed mode and hey, my audio is fine. 
Which points to crossfire, which points to AMD Drivers because i tried another card and it did the same, but that card was also an AMD card. 

I've wasted so much time on this, I am literally ready to smash these two cards, the two of which were already on my bad side, and deal with integrated until i get my 980. 

I can sorta play, as long as it is in windowed mode. 

Someone suggested disabling true audio, but i have no clue how to do that.
