Any 120hz/144hz monitor around $100-$150?

As a gamer myself, I don't really like screen tears especially when I'm on an epic car chase or a gun fight that involves a lot of movements, playing on a 60hz TV made me cringe. I also play quite a lot of CS:GO competitive where screen refresh rates matters, another reason for a 144hz screen. I'm planning to get a 144hz monitor which would cost me around $100-$150 if it exists. Are there any?

I regret paying $150 for a 60Hz monitor.... If you even slightly think you need it, then wait until you can afford to buy a 120/144Hz monitor.

My friend just bought an Asus 144Hz for $219.99 (the guy above me linked to it) :/ I'm jelly
