Help.Building My First Gaming Reg.

I have been looking into building my first computer for a while now. I have spent the past year or so doing this. I would like to think I have a idea what I'm doing, but I really don't. :(

What I do know is I can go with a good AMD build for a "bang for my buck" I really just don't know where to get started.

I well be using this computer for gaming, an video capture.

I live in the U.S East Coast.

I have a mouse, key board, an monitor.

My Price Range is 900$ to 1000$ us

I'm looking to build some thing that I can put a 2nd graphics card in down the road, an consistently upgrade when I like or need too.

Thank You For your time and Help.
