Anti Vibration Fan Mounts?

Where would I get some quality anti vibration fan mounts for fans, such as the Corsair AF140 and the Noctua NF-P14?

actually those rubber bands you can buy for cheaps when you were a kid (the thicker ones) tried it and they kinda work..

How do those mounts work? Do they replace screws?

They do, you may need some needle nose pliers to install them though.

I'd personally use something like o-rings instead of av mounts. They might not work that well, but don't take that much room and break so easily.
