I think you should get a 4K camera, wich can shoot RAW, (Blackmagic Cnema Camera 4K)

 

4K yes, RAW, not really a benefit for a YouTuber. But you can record to ProRes which would remove some of the RAW workflow issues and still retain high quality images and a decent amount of information for color correction/grading. The BlackMagic Pocket Cinema camera could be a decent way to go as well.

I'd say spend some money for the GH4 or the Blackmagic Cinema Camera (either 2.5K or 4K) and spend the rest on a variety of lenses and other equipment since those aren't cheap at all.

Get a GH4 with the 12mm-35mm f2.8, Røde VideoMic stereo/pro and the rest for SD cards, tripods, lighting etc.
